Terms of Service



1. Overview
Annie Yano offers creative, structured sessions to help you clarify your ideas and turn them into inspiring visual boards aligned with your goals. Sessions/Classes may be held online or in person, and are designed for digitally confident adults -can navigate a browser, save a file, make a folder, and click around with confidence.

2. Scheduling & Access
Online sessions/classes are held via Zoom – access details will be provided upon registration.
In-person sessions, when available, are held at designated venues announced in advance.
Please arrive (or log in) 5 minutes early to get settled.

3. Participation Guidelines
To keep sessions flowing smoothly for everyone:
Be prepared. Bring your project ideas, inspiration materials (digital or physical), and a device with internet access.
Be respectful. I welcome open minds, kind words, and constructive collaboration.
Be focused. This time is for you—turn off distractions, and give yourself the space to explore.
Do your homework! If you skip it, it’s like showing up to cook without your ingredients. I’m here to help, but you’ve got to bring a little prep to the table!

4. Privacy & Conduct
Your personal work and creative ideas are respected and kept private within the group/session.
Recording, distributing, or reproducing any part of the class without permission is prohibited.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the class without a refund.

5. Payments & Refunds
Payment must be made in full to confirm enrollment, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a paid class may be eligible for a credit toward a future session.
No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property
All class materials, frameworks, and content provided are the intellectual property of the instructor. You are welcome to use the ideas and templates for your personal development but may not resell or redistribute them. Any images you bring to class for inspiration—unless they’re your own original work—are for personal use only. They may not be sold, redistributed, or used commercially.

7. Class Attendance
Sometimes things come up. If you miss a live session:

Please give me as much notice as possible. I’ll try to offer a recap or resources to help you catch up.
Live sessions won’t be repeated, but you may be eligible for a brief 1:1 recap or a follow up email. If necessary, with a loom video.
Missed classes are non-refundable, but your progress still matters—I'll help you stay on track however I can.
